- Aqua fitness - Monday 17:15, Tuesday 19:00,
- Rehabilitation in water - Tuesday, Thursday 9:00,
- Healthy spine - Wednesday, Friday 7:45,
- Pilates,
- Yoga,
- Sound rehabilitation,
- Cardio exercises,
- Nordic walking,
- Learning to dance,
- Swimming lesson.

* the condition for participation in the classes is to create a group of at least 5 people
